Now that we are all here sticking to our goals I feel confident to get to the weight loss train
308 is my start this week. Goal: A loss at the end of the week

My goal is to not gain this week as we are going on vacation. We will be staying in our cabin and i brought food so hopefully all will be well. Here's to a great week for all of us!
