Ok I've decided on a goal. 15 lbs

Starting Weight: 314.6 lbs
Target Weight: 299.6 lbs

It's time to get out of the 300's

I'm happy with my progress, of course I always want a bigger loss. However, I need to be realistic.

I really blew it last week. I gained weight despite lots of biking and walking. The election stress got to me and I over ate. I need to try harder this week or I'm going to be stuck at this weight forever.

We will not allow ourselves to be stuck here forever! We will have good weeks and bad weeks but we will never give up until we are at our healthy weights.

I would love to drop under 180 in November. I'm at 182 today, and I think 179.9 could happen!
