I'm going to say 1lb, but only because my scale has been all over the place lately - it just jumped up 2.5 lbs today, so a 1lb loss from yesterday would be a 3.5 lb loss from today.

How's everyone doing.
I'm starting to lose my 5 lbs of Holiday Weight gain, which I know a lot of it was water weight.
