How's everyone doing this week?
I'm a little of a yo-yo. Up a pound, down a pound. I know why, and it's ok. We will see what happens by Saturday.

I had a big bounce up yesterday (not enough water) and a good drop today. I am learning I need to be sure and keep the water up. When I don't I have a jump in weight.
