How's everyone doing? How was your September?

I'm up 4 lbs! I knew I would gain, that is ok, they will come off. I had a great time, and every ounce was worth the tasty treats I had. It's not too often you get to go to a different country.

Yeah, it's worth 4 pounds for a trip like that, you'll get it right back off! I've had a good month, it's coming off slowly but it's coming off. I'm moving into smaller clothes and can see changes. We're going to Chicago for 2 days, I just hope to come back without a 4 pound gain. NOT worth it for a 2 day trip in your own state. HAHA

Totally worth it, Alex! You are living a life of true wellness, and that is a fun part of it.
