Well, somehow I'm starting my first day with a .8 gain. But I will not let it get me off track!

I'm the same as yesterday. But I did an amazing walk/run today of 7 miles and burned 900 calories according to my Fitbit, so I feel like my mind is right for the week.
We got this!
