User Competition: Intentional Exercise Days

This thread is for discussion about the user competition: Intentional Exercise Days - which runs from 01/01/2023 through 12/31/2023.

I started this to encourage daily intentional exercise. You must do a minimum of 10 minutes per day for it to be counted and you must record it. I have found that even a 10 minute walk inside my house makes a very big impact on my health, wellness and weight loss. Join me!

I hope some of you are getting in 10 minutes of exercise a few times a week. I have decided to do 6 days/week because that's what I need to lose weight. I have also decided to do a walking program to up my step count because I sit way too much.

I've been slacking due to being sick and a dog that is eating everything but hope to start back up consistently starting today.
