Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is a simple health indicator of where you
stand health wise. For obvious reasons, someone who is 6' 6" will
weigh more then someone who is 5' 6". The BMI calculator generates a
number that includes your height and weight, which give you a better
indication of your overall health standings then just your weight
alone. A BMI of over 30 is considered obese. Ideally, you want to
shoot for a BMI around 23 to 26.
