StartYourDiet.com was started back in 1996 as 'Daily Diet Planner" for Microsoft Windows. In 1999 we launched the website StartYourDiet.com and in 2001 we've began offering online diet tracking, based on our original software design.
Over the years, based on the feedback of members and weight loss professionals, our program has evolved and today we have the most comprehensive online tracking program available. We've helped hundreds of thousands of people lose weight and it is our mission each year to serve more and more people.
